If you can understand and manage your emotions, then be sensitive to the other person's mindset, you should be able to build a stronger relationship based on a better emotional connection, which in turn elevates the experience and communication.
Like a muscle, if exercised, E.I. can be developed, perfected, and will be what separates and defines why people want to work with you, and will improve your relationship and connection with your customers, guests, peers, employees, and managers. This is key to better customer loyalty, individual career success, higher employee retention, more profits, and stronger relationships.
